It's over 6,000 pages and it's /very/ incomplete/. The diplomats at the top
fail to understand this. Do a YouTube search on 'microsoft fud', IIRC, and see
4 videos at the top. They show you Microsoft's lobbyists (ACT) tossing cr*p to
intercept an open standard bill in California. Disgusting!
