This is bull, and Hakom knows it. Microsoft did not "come up with" this
mode switch proposal, the web community did. Particularly, those at the
Web Standards Project, who Microsoft met with and discussed the problem.
The key players in the standards compliance arguments are the ones that
suggested this approach!
