This one actually comes with a workable operating system /preinstalled/. All
other offers require that you install (manually) Windows XP because Vista is
just an unwanted placeholder, based on actual evidence. Installing Windows XP
is not easy (harder than Linux) and it is sometimes close to impossible (H-P
for example) because of lack of drivers.
