Not only that but Roy reports people who disagree with him to the
police! He is nothing but a state sponsored shill. It's probably how he
gets a grant to live at Manchester Polyversity all his life - by
grassing other people up to the authorities. Maybe he will report Spike1
for openly supporting the stealing of other people's work online?
