Goog - Mkt Cap: 163.04B
MSFT - Mkt Cap: 262.55B

So, only about $100 Bill difference.  This is probably not over... I'm
saw several different scenarios laid out.  In fact, this rejection of
the offer in some scenarios may work to MS's advantage.  Only time will
tell.
