I think I saw this story a while back. It was hilarious not because of
the "open" part because it shows the punishment one gets for failing to
embrace open systems in the first place, i.e. no DRM, no proprietary formats,
etc.

Those who do not understand the value of standard and free software pay their
mistakes. They can pay a lot, too, assuming they lose entire albums or spend a
whole weekend trying to covert files.
