As a matter of fact (no bashing), Windows' leadership is gone, a manager was
borrowed from the Office team IIRC, and most of the Windows (codebase) gurus
left also, which leaves just the rookies to deal with a beast (frankenbuild is
they call it internally because there's poor modularity and separation, unlike
FOSS).
