What, you mean like those boneheads (and boneheaded apps) that insist upon
using absolute widths for layouts?  "1024 pixels across, make the
navigation bar 200 pixels wide..."

No, seriously, there's a problem with this?  Doesn't *everyone* use the
same fonts, sizes, styles, resolutions, etc, etc, etc?
