As was pointed out at the beginning, you cannot have a war on terror.
You could, perhaps, have one on terrorism, however, that wouldn't sound
quite so cool for the 3-second soundbytes so beloved of today's
non-debating politicians.
It's a great shame that politicians no longer even attempt to set
agendas, to make points, to even have principles, or even strong views.
Nope, they just pander, to every jingoistic, racist, xenophobic,
anti-minority view going.
