Not. The Finnish computer magazine Tietokone has compared the speeds of
OpenOffice and Microsoft Office 2007 etc in their current number
(7-8/2008, pages 62-69). The results show that opening Microsoft Office
2007 takes twice as long as opening OpenOffice 2.4.
