Ah, they've gone with their existing mates, who've spun some rubbish
about "oh, it's only software, we'll be able to learn about this really
quickly, honest, and don't worry, we'll see you right again..."

Unfortunately, when they fail, as they assuredly will because of their
total lack of experience (what an insane choice), that failure will be
used by the proprietary world as an indictment of foss, rather than an
indictment of Becta and general corruption in governance.
