No venture capitalist would refuse Novel/SuSE executives fleeing
to set up an anti-Novel/micoshaft axis company.

All the customers and open source developers will flee to them
for protection from the evil forces of novel/micoshaft axis.

The investors need to be carefully screened with lawyers
to make sure they are not working in the background for
novel/micoshaft axis or other big companies.
