Georg Greve would call them "an agent of monopolisation". In a sense, Microsoft
acquired the BBC to do its "dirt job" against its most major rivals.
In the case of the Library of Congress, mind you, Microsoft essentially bribed
with $3 million just to rebuild the site with Silverlight, i.e. deny Linux
users access to literature their /own/. The British Library might go the same
way if this vicious company isn't stopped.
