Maybe cattle effect or imposition of tech 'religion'. Either way, it's chaos
for online banking at the moment. The figures above came from the BBC last
year. It's scary to see something increasing by an order of magnitude between
2006 and 2007. What will it be next year and what happens when 40% of all bank
accounts are abused, just like 40% of all Windows PCs are reportedly
(USAToday) totally controlled by a criminal?
