Sounds like the Win98 logon, that could simply be bypassed by hitting
"cancel". In XP one can obtain so-called "SYSTEM" account access just
using the task scheduler via the "at" command. I wonder what Vista's
back-door is, other than the one Microsoft deliberately installed for
the benefit of the NSA.
