They have /already/ lost their credibility. They just continue making it worse
because blunders in their process are discovered (and publicised) each day.

Expect more antitrust fines. Microsoft might eventually regret also the damage
to its image. The OOXML fiasco gave us enough fraud stories to last for a
century.
