"... in the minds of anyone who's read those emails, they've already 
ost."  -  I very much doubt that MS and Intel care about the public damage 
that was done because of the dozen or so people who read those emails. 
Intel sells *millions* of processors every quarter. The number of people 
who will stop buying them because they read some email is something that 
falls into the background noise.
