Roy said the same thing about the Yahoo deal, proclaiming debt as if it
were a done deal. That didn't happen. So far, Roy's predictions of
"entering debt" haven't materialized.

The part you keep forgetting is that the article Roy is quoting does not
say what Roy claims it says. Regardless of whether or not you can come up
with a way to justify the general claim doesn't change the fact that Roy is
misrepresenting his "news".
