No wonder you like software patents. Ideas just "come up". Do you
snatch them out of the air or gently bring up your hand like you would
for a firefly?
So help me out here. You have been working for months, burned through
millions in investment working on the project. Then an idea leaks out
which your competitor lifts. Is your software team really so crappy
that another company can overcome your headstart and finish first? Do
they have an idle team waiting to pounce? A team that thinks so
highly or your team that they will abandon their project direction and
do it your way. How much infrastructure do they need to have in place
to know your idea is good, let alone work with it?
Are you one of the Windows trolls that keeps asking for links, cites,
proof for silly claims. Can you back up "no one makes any money" and
"all your employees lose their jobs" ???
I think you are just trying to stampede the herd.
