Actually the USA (as in the United States Government) has very little
say in the matter, since that government doesn't really call the shots.
That would be the job of the World Shadow-Government, otherwise known as
the Corporatists, represented by such unelected officials as Microsoft,
the MPAA and the RIAA (and others), who ultimately decide the fate of
Australians (and everyone else) via secret, underground meetings,
undemocratically plotting a Marshall Law treaty called ACTA, which is
designed to completely destroy all civil liberties, and turn mankind
into automated cash machines, in a regime of Intellectual Slavery.
