The reason is perfectly simple: Firefox doesn't fall into disuse, but
Windows becomes unusable after a while -- which is usually "remedied" by a
reinstall. And with each reinstall of Windows, all applications must be
reinstalled as well. This means that each Windows Firefox user downloads
and installs Firefox approximately once a year.
