Banshee might find it's way into Ubuntu and replace Rhythmbox, and this
means Ubuntu will have three Mono dependent applications by default and
IMO, it also means that all hope for Mono removal from Ubuntu are lost.

Yeah, some people neglect the problems Mono might have in the future...
OTOH, people are free to do what they want with their system, they can
just uninstall Mono and replace it's applications with real ones.
