Swiss-Court-Halts-Non-Competitive-Contract-With-Microsoft?art_pos=12
There is enough precedent here to start halting ALL micoshaft only
contracts across the globe. Times are hard and changing!
There is no reason why with good management that lower
cost free and open source companies are allowed to bid for contracts.
The tax payer has vested interest in making sure they get the
lower priced and best value deals going.
