I got all our office machines off the Microsoft tit completely last year. Our
agents, by and large one of the most non-technical groups you'll find
anywhere, doesn't miss Windows at all.
The biggest issue? They couldn't use Paint Shop Pro to touch up or resize
their listing pics. Nothing the Gimp wasn't able to do, though...
Everything else from Firefox to Open Office to Filezilla, they got the hang of
very quickly.
