But that's not the way it works. Patent reform will affect small
companies suing big corporations, not vice versa. Notice how there was
no movement in Congress to "reform" the patent law when Microsoft was
suing TomTom? Kind of like how they recently "reformed" the bankruptcy
law to make it harder for private citizens and small companies to use
it, while simultaneously relaxing bankruptcy laws for corporations (so
they could get out of promised pension plans, etc.).
Yeah probably.
