I remember your postings about Vista.
Now GNU/Linux with Compiz-Fusion and Gnome or better yet, KDE 4 will
kick the sh1t out of Windows 7.
Trust me, I have tested the piece of junk (Windows 7 RC1) on bare metal.
I am running KDE 4.3.0 on my Fedora 10 (Cambridge) box and tested
Kubuntu Alpha 4 from Live CD. It beats Windows 7 RC1 by _far_ especially
in hardware recognition.
Like Terry already wrote: Windows 7 is nothing but a marketing hype. The
Vole has nothing (new) to offer, but a bad paint job.
Microsoft Windows 7 is the ultimate sitcom :-)
