Andre Da Costa lives in a distant shore (like Microsoft's divisions that deal taxation) and
he probably gets the gifts from company Microsoft outsources to, e.g. Edelman and
Waggener-Edstrom. Microsoft is usually proxifying the dirty the jobs.
