| importing have been defeated (ironically,
| the report was criticised for being
| considered analysis, it was even expanded
| to cover some of the criticisms of it).

| African American music). Yet, if it's not
| about money, why are the Gershwin heirs
| suddenly involved in legal battles all about
| who gets the money?
