Galcon Fusion â Review

,----[ Quote ]
| I was late to write news about Galcon
| Fusion release so Iâve decided to write a
| reviewâ
| When Galcon Fusion was released for
| GNU/Linux I thought it was another of those
| simple games that I will play for 10
| minutes and lose interest very quickly â
| but I was so wrongâ
| This is one of the most addictive games I
| have ever played !
| After 10 minutes of playing I just had to
| buy it (and itâs very cheap, just $8.99
| this week, original price $9.99).

The Quake III Test

,----[ Quote ]
| So my test is Quake III. If I'm talking to
| someone and trying to make the point that
| they've got a computer, I'll point out that if
| you can run Quake III on the device, it must
| qualify as a computer. Not just that specific
| device, or the specific game, but all devices
| in that class.
|
| And Quake III has the added bonus of being
| open source. So it's a great study in what's
| possible as long as devices are open and allow
| modification.

Quake 3 Comes To Google's Android Platform

,----[ Quote ]
| Almost exactly one month ago we reported
| that Roderick Colenbrander was working on a
| new open-source project after his once-
| popular NVClock program has since largely
| faded away. Details were scarce on the
| project originally, but we knew it was to do
| with Linux gaming. Today we now know that
| this project is called "Kwaak3" and it's a
| port of Quake 3 to Google's Android
| platform.
