You guys basically lit some dynamite and then asked it to apologize
for exploding... because you handed it a note saying "please don't
explode".
(Noting, of course, that this is my opinion and intended only in a
constructive manner that helps all of us grow as people. Profuse
apologies to anyone who construes this as ego-wrecking sarcasm. I
assure you that such a perception is entirely due to the inability
of email messages to clearly carry emotional subtext and innuendo.)
