Umm. Would the seller's bank REALLY give you his personal details, such as
his address or telephone number? I have never tried to obtain them, so
perhaps the seller's bank would do that, but at first glance it seems
unlikely.
For sellers who are in the UK, I always try to pay by personal cheque. That
way the seller is FORCED to give me a real address.
