Well it depends. If your site is about wombats and you're displaying
articles on snowplough manufacture, I doubt it'll do it much good. If
it's on theme, then it won't hurt. I seriously doubt it'll improve it
at all. What it should do is get the site spidered more often. If
that's what you want, then fair enough.
