Yes it's easy, I did it once to check the installation, but YaST and RPM
will *not* know it's installed. If you don't use the 'Update' option of
YaST it's probably not a big deal, but you will have to stay current on
the security patches and stuff -- I'd much prefer to compile and create
an rpm . . .
