This aggressive behaviour of companies is better avoided by giving them an
E-mail address with a boxtrapper. Then, only E-mails from an actual person
will be able to bubble through to your box.

Speaking of registering a domain, a relative of mine had redundant messages
from GoDaddy, with whom he registered several domains.
