Here is my advice to you:

Don't be hasty as it can bring your hopes up in vain. Don't waste any more
time watching SEPR's and overlooking datacentres. Jagger will not have been
completed at any stage before the beginning of next month.

Keep your eyes on your site and the SERP's will return to normal later.
Paranoia leads nowhere but depression and we already know that reciprocal
links can never result in panelties. Speculations are dangerous and at worst
they lead to people changing their site for no true purpose.
