I sent this to PJ and here are her (public) comments:
'There is a transcript of a short interview with Bill Gates, in which he
claims he hasn't ever heard of BayStar and says "once upon a time SCO was a
vibrant company" but it's not a name he's thought of for years. You can
probably file that under Oh, Really? He also talks about the Novell deal as
business as usual, and he acts like he doesn't know that the OSRM study
found only 27 Microsoft patents that might be used in litigation, none
validated yet in any court. The study concluded that the risk was no greater
than for any other large body of code. Like Microsoft's for example.'
