Borek clarified that point, I believe. The main point to make was that your
redirection was badly phrased and/or improperly set up. You /can/, however,
make the addresses alive and fix this behaviour, which otherwise could take
you off the charts.

Other possibilities are to omit both www[dot] and http[colon]//, which
otherwise are followed or marked up incorrectly by text parsers. Even the
use of the @ symbol, particularly if buffered with numbers and letter, often
translates it into a hyperlink.
