Konqueror is an excellent Linux (K Desktop Environment) browser, which is
often misunderstood and even dishonoured by Webmasters all across the
globe. Linux has got a diverse collection of browsers whose codebase
varies. Konqueror is probably more influential than you imagine. Its ren-
dering engine, KHTML, is being used by Safari, which is the default brows-
er of Mac OSX users. Such users, on the contrary, more rarely suffer from
browser discrimination. Don't expect your users to tolerate incompatibili-
ties. If you lose 1% of your visitors, it is definitely worth mending the
errors. The only reason why I don't use Konqueror regularly is the fact
it's discriminated against. That aside, it's a fast and powerful browser
with plenty of add-on features and excellent desktop integration.
