True.  But  to many people, OSS is merely  inexistent.  Many
others  are  simply not aware of the fact that they  use  it
(e.g. Webmail in our university uses the Horde Project). One
of  the most fascinating things about OSS is that  companies
rarely  have  headquarters.  People just work from  home  in
isolated  places,  using  IM clients, E-mails and  Wikis  to
comminicate  and produce excellent code that they take pride
of  and,  in due time, deliver over the Web to  millions  of
people  (at  most).  There  is  no  experience,  career  and
lifestyle more rewarding than this.
