Roy - be aware that this person has said that these customers are not
wanted or not important. This is the attitude of a monopoly player -
customers are not important to them, in particular, those who refuse to
be totally victim-like to the constant requests for additional payment
in order to do the same thing that they can already do. That never
goes down well with the Microsoft astroturfers, of course; but then,
customers with an IQ are rarely popular with confidence tricksters.
