One would think such a phrase be oxymoronic...    The remark about
wanting to do the right thing for their customer is very important, as
this is precisely what Mr Stallman is trying to do.  It's a shame that
the debate is reduced to speculation about motivations - it's starting
to read like what many folk here would post.
