There is positively zero excuse for governments to be locking their
citizens into proprietary file-formats, packages, and other such cr*p.
I'm pleased to see Oz going the right way, as they've been brown-necking
Bush almost as much as Tony Blair (who, I'm imagine, will be offered US
citizenship soon, and I jolly well hope he accepts it and goes!).
