I think not. Wine is not virtualisation software. It's
reverse engineering job which involves the Windows API's
(maybe like ReactOS). It's not even an emulator. However, to
get the executables I believe you need some licence.
Internet Explorer 7, on the other hand, is a free download
(used to be for the Mac as well). I see no reason why this
should be illegal, but I also see no reason why you should
use it. opera and Firefox are better Web browsers.
