Interesting, experts.microsoft.fr is in a netblock owned by Agilan, also
known as pictime.fr
http://toolbar.netcraft.com/netblock?q=AGILAN,193.238.148.0,193.238.151.255
Looks like Microsoft outsources the site, which means it's probably not run
by them. This seems to be a common scenario, whenever any Microsoft site
is hacked, it is always outsourced.
