I said the same myself in a recent posting.  I do not believe for
one moment that Bill Gates has changed his spots at all, in any way.
I don't understand why so many people think that he could, or should,
or even might.

Microsoft's "donations" have been characterised in many cases as being
heavily tied to Microsoft software, to the continued extension of MS's
monopolies into other countries, and have been focused on gaining
revenue from the world's poorest people.
