No, but then you've got your timezone set to US time. That probably
also explains why you're not getting a metric display. According to

Shouldn't the OP's gauges rely on the system settings rather than the time? I
imagine this may be a case of lazy configuration.
Consider using Forecastfox if your are dealing with the Firefox Web browser
often enough for it to be visible (URL below). I haven't used KWeather in
the past, but I would have gladly gone for that superkaramba weather widget.
