Birmingham City Council claims open-source success
"The council does plan to begin migrating those desktops to its Suse
Professional 9.3-based desktop OS..."
I hope that this time, for a change, they will seek advice from those who
realise what's involved in terms of costs and required skills. *smile*
Criticism mounts over Birmingham's Linux project
