There is no actual "Roy". His posts come from an automated newsposter
(actually on an old 486/33 with 4 meg of memory running CP/M and the
ancient AutoNews) in a bunker outside of Prague under the old GPU
headquarters. So far, nobody can fathom what the purpose is, but I suspect
that it must be deep and dark.
If "they" focused on email, it would be called spam, but on a busy
newsgroup it is just a PITA.
