This reminds me of your strategy (the ergonomics sites). I guess the when
traffic gained is peanuts in comparison to the overall traffic, then it's
time to re-evaluate your use of SEO time. Another factor would be how much
you enjoy/are forced to tolerate the process. UseNet (e.g. signatures), for
instance, can be both fun and educational.
