Hey, it worked for Apple, once upon a when -- for awhile, anyway.

We'll need a new bunch of engineers at some point, though
there's some confusion as to whether there's a shortage of
engineers, a shortage of *domestic* engineers, a shortage
of good engineers, or just a bunch of picky employers who
want top-notch, inexpensive, outsourced talent.
